Legacies: tainted, morality: depleted, unwithered faults amongst tapestries unworn. Now, in quietus it's inhibition is stifled, a welcoming aura no more. IN LUTUM NOS CORRUMPIT, IN LUXURIAM INCIDAMUS, VIX VIVIT, CONCULCABIMUS. Spellbound, destructive impulse, conquering rationale, unfettered urges untamed. Of alchemaic mastery are tendencies bound, our minds unraveled and exposed. Once caged and calm, spirits regurgitated, inhaling our sulphur, exhaling our time.

Founded on hope, hanging on by a thread, piercing new realities, intense labor unwed. Sent in to reclaim, unabandoned lives, driven into the stone, reconciled sacrifice. Retaining the will, in which we drag ourselves away from this, left with no knowledge, ancient ways have died. Cast into infinity. The only way out of these tests of will, is through the ever expanding circle. Radio silence, collars of servitude, strung from the ceiling, ripe for the plucking, waiting, aging, gone.

Forward to death, pillaging all in the way, unrecognized in it's true form. Receding nowhere, losing it's grip, barren soils tread by no mortals. Fertile and ready, unsuccessful. Swelling with pride, frothing hunger, splayed for consumption, her essence is worn. Feast. Transformations, prey for stalking, festering ideas for complete desolation. Relief. Turning the tides, drowning in hope, the loyalty rides, on surrendering rope.

In conjuction with dying, transporting to outer realms, shades of existence never seen and the saw. I've left myself out there, waiting, unkept, tainted with shame, a cloak of humility, worn withered and fraying at ends, yet remains a shield, a force unphased by the presence of nuisance. Cartilage masticated.

Ἡ εἰκών was an impressive debut, but way too short! Luckily, Ψευδομένη arrives to satisfy the urge for more of what made its precedessor hit hard and fast: some atmospheric moments (don't be deterred as this is still brutal, dissonant and disgusting to the core) and at the same time, J.L. is exploring longer tracks - e.g. my personal favourite - and implementing some cavernous lows. If there's one thing we can all agree on, it's most likely that this man refuses to stand still. What a pace!
